Babylon’s Outreach Program for Translators

We are putting Babylon to the test!
Join in and get a Babylon license for free!

Babylon established an Outreach Program For Translators, which is granting free licenses of our one-click dictionary software to a selected group of translators. As a requirement to join this Outreach Program translators either write a short review of our software and/or place the official outreach logo on their site or blog.

By addressing professional translator we have chosen the most qualified audience to put our software to a practical test. We are interested that authentic voices will be heard on the Web that determine whether or not there are synergies between translation software and human translator, whether or not our dictionary software can be of help to translators.

The Babylon Software was from the beginning (ten years ago) and still is a one-click dictionary. Dictionaries are tools no translator can do without, regardless if they are online, print or electronic dictionaries. Babylon has the largest database of dictionaries on the web (more than 1400 in some 75 languages, bi-directional and monolingual titles). That – beside the easy use – is the great asset of Babylon for translators.

Initiating reviews doesn’t mean that we are looking for praises; to whatever conclusions the author is coming – that is what should be published in the review.

It may be is of interest to you to read some examples of colleagues. (These examples are certainly not the norm, as they are particularly long; actually beyond our wildest expectations):
