Translator Lounge - Where translators meet

Still in its first phase the blog “Translator Lounge” might develop into an interesting place for translators. Focusing on sharing information about dictionaries and good additional websites it is certainly covering a niche that usually does not get enough attention.

However only time will tell if this blog will be accepted by translators. It is also questionable if a blog can turn into a forum or any other kind interactive medium. The way we experience the profession of a translator it is also based on colleague orientation. So it would be great to see some kind guest articles by experienced translators there.

Babylon’s Outreach Program for Translators

We are putting Babylon to the test!
Join in and get a Babylon license for free!

Babylon established an Outreach Program For Translators, which is granting free licenses of our one-click dictionary software to a selected group of translators. As a requirement to join this Outreach Program translators either write a short review of our software and/or place the official outreach logo on their site or blog.

By addressing professional translator we have chosen the most qualified audience to put our software to a practical test. We are interested that authentic voices will be heard on the Web that determine whether or not there are synergies between translation software and human translator, whether or not our dictionary software can be of help to translators.

  • Choose the one that suits best into your site or blog.
  • Simply “Copy and Paste” the HTML code into your site or blog.
  • Experiencing any problems? - Please inform us by email and we will guide you through.

Can’t find a logo that fits into the design of your website? Send us an email with basic guidelines (such as the needed size, basic color scheme) and we will try to design the perfect logo for you.
